SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE HOME EXCERCISES
A lot of myths, a lot of stories about fitness, some say there are people who were born for it, weight lifting and body building are for the male gender, some say fitness is just for the weighted, and the residual few thinks and understands that fitness is not just for weight loss but for the general wellbeing of an individual.
There are different forms of exercises and whichever one we chose to engage in should be done with passion and seriousness. Just like food makes us happy, Exercises should as well, appease to our body, mind and soul because it is as important as feeding.
General fitness fortunately isn’t just about workouts, it comprises of everything you do with your life, feeding, sleeping and your general attitude to your day to day living.
A lot of ailments and diseases can be avoided through fitness, diabetes, strains, arthritis, and other joint and bone problems.
Aerobic and anaerobic exercises are majorly the basic forms of exercise. This helps in the circulation of blood properly, and effective weight management.
There are some stretching exercises that can be done from the comfort of our homes and these exercises still keeps us healthy and strong .
1. The bridge pose : this kind of exercise stretches our chest, neck, back, spine and hips. It helps alleviate stress and depression and improves blood circulation.
2. The back stretch : if you experience back back or lower waist pain, trying out this kinda exercise would do you a lot of good, as it help to stretch the area that gets stiff due to lack of exercise.
3. Doing our Number 3 pose for At least 5mins daily aids digestion, makes our mind calm and opens up the hips to enable proper blood circulation.
4. The face down pose: this is good for spine, back and shoulder stretching. It's an antidote for stress and it induces relaxation. This kind of exercise helps stimulate the organs which includes the ovaries, uterus, intestine, kidney and intestine. It also help relieve menstral pains and discomfort.
