COMMON BUT RICH FOODS WE TAKE

 We take in lots of food without knowing their effects on our body, some of the food we neglect are also very healthy to our body, and dats why we need to know the effect of different foods we eat and how they affect our body. When our meals are balanced, we live a healthier life,and to get our meals balanced, we should include the list below.



1. Fruits and vegetables: eating lots and varieties of fruits and vegetables would keep us away from the hospital. Taking little quantity of it everyday goes a long way to keeping us healthy, and most times when we don't spend little money buying fruits for our consumption, we find ourselves giving it to doctors for chemical prescriptions. Examples are cabbage 🥬, spinach, 🥕, tomato 🍅, green vegetables, etc. 

2. Milk: this is filled with vitality goodness. It has important nutrients like protein, calcium, vitamin B and D, potassium and phosphorus. Milk intake can keep the kids aways from bone infrastructure and also help us maintain our weight. .



3. Carbohydrates: this keeps our energy up. It's a fuel source for the brain, kidney, heart, muscles, and nervous system. It also aids digestion. And keeps the blood cholesterol normal. Some of its examples includes bread 🍞, grains, potato 🥔, etc.



4. Protein: These are body building foods that help repair body tissues, and help build our bones, cartilage, skin and muscles, and also makes the immune system strong. Some of which includes fish 🐟, meat 🍖, eggs, beans etc.



5. Fat and sugar : These gives the body energy and help absorb vitamins, they are not made by our body, we have to eat them. They include seafood, eggs, nuts, avocado 🥑, coconut 🥥 etc. 

All the listed food Nutrients above are to be taken moderately and if possible avoid processed ones.
